Guarantor Application Procedure

All the information you need about becoming a guarantor.


 

  1. Confirmation: Confirm you are happy to become a guarantor to our prospect tenant to secure the rental payments if they fail to pay. 

  2. Register with Goodlord: You will be sent an email from Goodlord (our referencing company) to sign up to submit your references. 

  3. Submit references: You will be required to submit documents to support your application to be a guarantor. 

  4. References Confirmed: References are now completed and this is completed on your side. We will now proceed with the prospect tenant.
