Guarantor Application Procedure

Confirmation: Confirm you are happy to become a guarantor to our prospect tenant to secure the rental payments if they fail to pay. 

Register with Goodlord: You will be sent an email from Goodlord (our referencing company) to sign up to submit your references. 

Submit references: You will be required to submit documents to support your application to be a guarantor. 

References Confirmed: References are now completed and this is completed on your side. We will not proceed with the prospect tenant.
