Service ranges from standard letting all the way to full management.
(Bolt on price refers to difference in fee from service chosen in step 1).

STEP1 - CHOOSE LETTING SERVICE

Standard Service -7% + VAT

Note: fee is 6.5% + VAT for new landlords.

  • Standard photography

  • Standard Rightmove/Zoopla advertising

  • Conduct viewings

  • Tenant referencing

  • Professional contracts

  • Feature/sponsored ad on all current sites (Rightmove, Zoopla, On the market etc.)

  • Premium photography and cinematic video.

  • Social Media Content of your property

  • Add on a 360 Virtual Tour and floorplan for only 0.5% extra!
