Landord Fees

Letting Only Fee : 10%+VAT (Based on a rental figure of £1000pcm fee would be £1440.00 inc.VAT)

Letting Only & Rent Collection Fee : 12%+VAT(taken monthly) (Based on a rental figure of £1000pcm fee would be £144.00 inc.VAT)

Letting Only & Full Management Fee : 15%+VAT(taken monthly) (Based on a rental figure of £1000pcm fee would be £180.00 inc.VAT)

Each tenancy is subject to a Tenancy Setup Fee of £300.00 inc.VAT

Gas Safety Certificates & Energy Performance Certificates : £126.00 inc.VAT each

Electrical Installation Condition Report : £300.00 inc.VAT

Inventory & Schedule of Condition fee (one-off charge only & updated free of charge with check-in fees due each tenancy):

1 bedroom : £156.00 inc.VAT, Check-in/out fee : £162.00 inc.VAT

2 bedroom : £180.00 inc.VAT, Check-in/out fee : £180.00 inc.VAT

3 bedroom : £216.00 inc.VAT, Check-in/out fee : £222.00 inc.VAT

4 bedroom : £240.00 inc.VAT, Check-in/out fee : £252.00 inc.VAT

5 bedroom : £276.00 inc.VAT, Check-in/out fee : £282.00 inc.VAT

FURNISHED PROPERTIES WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF £36 inc.VAT & ANY ADDITIONAL ROOMS, STAIRS/LANDING, GARDENS & GARAGES WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF £36 inc.VAT PER AREA.
